Dividends are what a shareholder is paid, so a share is worth the next dividends discounted at the return you require. Gordon growth assumes one growth rate for ever; two-stage lets a faster rate run for n years first. A cash dividend of 15% on a Rs 100 share is Rs 15. Bonus shares are not cash and are left out.
