No commercial use without a licence

You must not use any part of the content on this site for commercial purposes without first obtaining the necessary licence from whoever owns it. That covers prices, charts, screens, signals and every other page. Do not copy, resell, republish or scrape it, and do not frame the site inside another product.

Stay within the law

You must not use the site in any way that breaks an applicable law or regulation, or that disrupts the site for anyone else.

Not investment advice

Everything here is for education and information. Signals, scores and screens describe what the data shows. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell. Data can be late or wrong, so check before you trade. You alone decide what to do with your money.

Charts and third-party parts

Some parts of the site, such as the charts, belong to others and are used under their licences. Their names and links must stay as they are. See credits.

Your account and data

What we keep and how to delete it is on the privacy page. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
